All data is secured using 256-bit AES encryption before leaving your computer. This means that nobody is able to see your files without your password, not even senior Safe Backup administrators.

Data is stored in our secure hi-tech data centre. It features 24/7 interior and exterior security camera monitoring. Biometric scanning and keycard protocols are required for entry. Each data centre employee has multiple backround security checks before employment.

Our data centre's heating, ventilation and air conditioning system is N+1 redundant. This means a duplicate system will come online should there ever be a HVAC failure. An advanced fire suppression system is in place in the unlikely event one were to occur.

All our data centre servers are designed to run on uninterrupted power supplies. This UPS system is N+1 redundant. Should the primary UPS system fail there is instantaneous failover to a secondary UPS. In the event of long power outages there is also a regularly tested diesel generator backup system.
